What can I expect from the online consultation?
Online consultation uses new medical technology that allows the patient to have better access to a physician without the cost and time of an office visit. The patient completes their medical questionnaire online, and then submits to the online physician through a secure and private system. Online consultations are not designed to replace traditional yearly exams, but are simply in place to provide medical treatment for conditions that normally would not require a physical exam.

After I submit my order, what can I expect?
Your order is routed to our licensed online physician for review. Based on the information you supplied, the physician will make a determination to approve or deny your order. Once your order is approved, the physician will write the prescription and forward it on to be filled and shipped to you.

What are the terms of your privacy policy?
Your privacy and security is one of our main concerns, and we are dedicated to ensuring our ordering system uses the latest in security encryption to protect or personal and credit card information. What medications are available through your site?
A full list of medications is available in our product section. Due to some medications being classified as controlled substances, the law requires you have a physical exam before these can be prescribed. These medicines include Lorazepam, Diazepam, Klonopin, Valuim, Ativan, Clonazepam, as well as other medicines classified as controlled substances.

What are your physician's qualifications?
All of our physicians are licensed in the U.S. They must be U.S. licensed pharmacists as well as board certified physicians.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Shipping is not allowed to P.O. Boxes.

Do I have to be present when the order comes?
Yes, all orders require a signature by an adult.

What states do you deliver to?
Due to current regulations, we cannot ship to certain states. Please refer to the order form for a complete list of these states.

How are orders shipped?
We use next day FedEx.
